Loftware is seeking a Senior Professional Services Operations Analyst to lead Certinia PSA administration and oversee the Professional Services systems. You will own data governance, system configurations, and cross-functional workflows to support project delivery, billing readiness, and performance insights.

The role partners with Finance, IT, Cloud Operations, and leadership to ensure scalable, audit-ready operations and accurate revenue realization.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform and Certinia PSA
• Experience as PSA administrator or ERP/PSA system owner
• Strong data governance and analytics capabilities
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Certinia PSA administrator and SME for Salesforce Professional Services processes.
• Own system configuration, governance, and workflows across Professional Services.
• Maintain project templates, utilization models, billing configurations, and revenue recognition rules.
• Support system enhancements, change requests, testing, and user adoption.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and operations to automate processes and improve efficiency.
