• Experience with mobile hydraulic and crawler cranes; Manitowoc, National and Grove brands preferred.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills; ability to follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead all service operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Provide skilled tech staff to solve field problems and warranty support.
• Negotiate warranty settlements and manage warranty program.
• Coordinate service bulletins and product improvement programs.
• Oversee technicians and training; manage work area prioritization.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing; grow product support business.
• Maintain supplier relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
