Ladders is seeking a Senior Service Operations Project Manager for a remote US-based role. You will oversee complex service operations initiatives supporting large-scale automated systems and installations, coordinating across teams and senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in project management in service operations, with experience in design/build construction and a background in robotic automation preferred. Strong analytics and scheduling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of project management experience in Service Operations.
• Experience with design/build and installation of construction projects.
• Background in robotic automation, ASRS, or material handling preferred.
• Proficient in scheduling software and data-driven performance tracking, including Smartsheet and Jira.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Service Operations Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will oversee complex service operations initiatives that support large-scale automated systems and installations. The position requires strong cross-functional coordination to keep projects on track, manage risks, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders and senior leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a process-driven mindset and help drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across project execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $171,600 annually
