Ladders is seeking a Senior Service Operations Project Manager for a remote US-based role. You will oversee complex service operations initiatives supporting large-scale automated systems and installations, coordinating across teams and senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in project management in service operations, with experience in design/build construction and a background in robotic automation preferred. Strong analytics and scheduling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of project management experience in Service Operations.
• Experience with design/build and installation of construction projects.
• Background in robotic automation, ASRS, or material handling preferred.
• Proficient in scheduling software and data-driven performance tracking, including Smartsheet and Jira.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of Service Operations projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and develop comprehensive plans.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
• Track progress, manage risks, and drive issue resolution.
• Act as a liaison between project teams and senior management.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency across projects.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and optimize project processes.
