Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in project management or service operations.
• Experience creating SOPs and improving workflows.
• Experience tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the National Service Network, ensuring consistent and efficient execution of service activities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs, best practices, and standardized service workflows across the organization.
• Identify service gaps and opportunities to improve response times, resolution times, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Distribution, Parts, and Technical Services to support seamless service delivery.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and executive dashboards to measure key metrics such as response time, first-time fix rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Own the cadence, agenda, facilitation, and follow-up actions for weekly technician meetings.
• Provide regular performance updates, operational insights, and strategic recommendations to the Director of Technical Services.
