H. Betti Industries, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the National Service Network across the United States, driving standardized processes and measurable performance improvements.

You will align Sales, Customer Service, Distribution, Parts and Technical Services to deliver exceptional service and a seamless customer experience. The role reports to the Director of Technical Services and focuses on operational excellence, data-driven decisions, and scalable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/operations/PM or related field.
• 5+ years in project management or service operations.
• Experience creating SOPs and KPIs.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving.
• Proven cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the National Service Network and ensure efficient service activity execution.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, best practices, and standardized service workflows.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve response times, resolution times, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Distribution, Parts, and Technical Services.
• Develop KPIs and executive dashboards to measure performance and SLA compliance.
• Analyze service data to drive operational improvements and decisions.
• Lead weekly technician meetings cadence and follow-up actions.
• Support implementation of new service systems and tools.
• Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations.
