Job summary

Prevost is seeking a Service Network Support Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability across our service centers in the US and Canada. This role involves analyzing performance metrics, resolving complex issues, and fostering partnerships with branch leaders.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience. The position offers a salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, along with a strong benefits package including health insurance and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience in a multi-site dealer environment.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or French) are a plus.
• Ability to travel between USA and Canada, approximately 25% travel.
• Comfortable working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage P&L, sales, gross profit, and labor costs.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of service and parts operations.
• Advise and collaborate with customers for targeted action plans.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in the service department.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with branch leaders and customers.
• Identify performance gaps and coordinate training initiatives.
• Participate in annual budget preparation and financial meetings.
• Travel to branch locations to maintain on-ground connection.
