Job summary

VHF Sales, Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Manager / Operations Manager to coordinate service, warranty, equipment startups, parts, and field support for commercial HVAC, industrial, and hydronic systems across Iowa and Western Illinois.

Location: Grimes, IA. Reports to CEO, full-time salaried position offering a competitive compensation range and opportunities for professional growth within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of commercial HVAC, industrial, hydronic, service, startup, commissioning, or technical support experience.
• Three (3) or more years coordinating service operations, warranty administration, field technicians, or technical support.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC and hydronic systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow projects through completion.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, CRM software, and manufacturer technical resources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities and support technicians.
• Manage warranty claims and field operations.
• Assist with technical problem solving and documentation.
• Maintain service records and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Serve as primary technical liaison between customers, contractors, engineers and the VHF team.
