Job summary

Crete United in Davenport, IA is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead daily field service operations for commercial HVAC systems. This full-time role offers on-site work, overtime, and a focus on safety and uptime.

You'll mentor technicians, coordinate schedules, and ensure quality service, from diagnostics to installations. EPA Universal certification and IA license are required, with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience, including leadership.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Iowa HVAC License or ability to obtain within probation.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and support daily field service operations for HVAC systems.
• Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to technicians on repairs and equipment issues.
• Oversee service calls, preventive maintenance, installations, and warranty work to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Coordinate technician schedules, workload, and priorities to meet customer needs.
• Mentor technicians and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
