The right candidate combines strong technical expertise in semiconductor capital equipment with business acumen and proven service leadership experience. Domestic travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field requirement.
• Minimum five years in a managerial or service leadership role.
• Experience managing service operations in the semiconductor capital-equipment industry.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing environments and customer expectations.
• Proven experience leading complex technical and customer escalations.

Aufgaben

• Lead service operations for the assigned account across U.S. sites and achieve operational objectives.
• Coach and develop the service team, including workload allocation and performance management.
• Maintain a high-performing, customer-focused service team.
• Set clear performance expectations and ensure resources and direction.
• Monitor service performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure consistent service processes and best practices across locations.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and proactively understand customer needs.
• Lead complex escalations coordinating regional, divisional, and headquarters resources.
• Represent Nova in reviews, escalation meetings, and operational discussions.
• Drive service revenue growth and develop new service opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy service pipeline and provide forecasts to leadership.
• Collaborate with account management to develop service proposals and increase value.
