Job summary

Prime Residential is seeking a Service Technician I for Oswego Pointe in Lake Oswego, OR. You will maintain cleanliness and curb appeal, perform basic maintenance, and support resident activities to ensure a welcoming community.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and independent work ethic, with a schedule from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and a target pay of $24.86 per hour. Prioritize high standards of appearance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in residential property maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license for operating community vehicles.
• Multi-Family housing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the property daily to keep common areas neat and free of litter.
• Perform detail cleaning, power washing, and general upkeep.
• Check, clean, and replace exterior lighting as needed.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments before make-ready.
• Complete minor service requests and assist in make-ready (windows, screens, doors).
• Maintain safety and organization of work areas and stock tools/inventory.
• Communicate with the Service Manager about issues and improvements.
