• Prior supervisory experience or Service Management Training preferred.
• Must possess a clean driving record.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the Heavy equipment service department by tracking job progress and resolving customer concerns.
• Lead the team and manage schedules to optimize service delivery.
• Supervise service associates including performance reviews and training needs.
• Develop business plans including staffing needs, tools, equipment, and service promotions.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust plans to improve service efficiency.
• Prepare customer repair estimates and provide timely follow-up.
