You will work alongside the Store Manager to supervise operations, train staff, and ensure top-notch service and tire-related solutions to customers. Prior automotive retail leadership and strong people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of retail management or leadership experience (automotive experience preferred).
• Strong sales, repair planning, and customer service skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Proven ability to lead a team, coach employees, and drive performance.
• Time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring every guest receives expert service and recommendations.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members, helping them grow in their roles.
• Oversee sales performance and profitability, driving the store to meet and exceed goals.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and scheduling employees to maintain efficient store operations.
• Manage inventory levels and ordering, ensuring the right products are available for customers.
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, service issues, and escalations, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Support shop operations as needed, including mounting and balancing tires.
