Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in an automotive/service setting.
• Ability to coach and mentor technicians and staff.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities are required.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and lift up to 75 lbs as needed.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Service and Tire Technicians to ensure high quality service.
• Oversee shop operations, bay management, and workflow at the store.
• Act as liaison between shop, counter staff, and customers to ensure clarity.
• Ensure inspections and diagnostics are performed with professional recommendations.
• Promote safety while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
