What You Will Be Doing:
The Senior Service Management Analyst monitors adherence to best practices and global processes from internal customers and senior management. This position assists with leading the development, enhancement, and implementation of global processes and procedures. The Service Management Analyst Senior coordinates the receiving, tracking, and documentation of all requests in support of IT global processes. This role emphasizes managing the organization's IT hardware assets and maintaining vendor relationships associated with these asset accounts. This position also provides instruction and guidance to less senior team members on new tasks and assignments.

Pay:$32.90 - $47.00 / hr.
