Join us in transforming the supply chain with cutting-edge solutions! We're looking for a talented Business Systems Analyst to partner with clients, collaborate across teams, and deliver impactful projects in mobile and logistics/transportation systems.

This is a 100% Remote position, and is a contract with an option to hire. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or work with 3rd parties at this time.

What You’ll Do:

Gather Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to document key business needs.
Design & Specify Systems: Translate business needs into detailed, actionable technical specifications.
Support Projects: Collaborate with project managers, developers, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Testing & Validation: Help validate solutions meet requirements and function as expected.
Provide Support: Create technical documentation to ensure smooth team adoption.
Communicate Across Teams: Serve as a bridge between business and IT to ensure alignment.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project docs, process flows, and meeting notes.
Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 3-5 years as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on logistics/transportation systems.
Technical Skills: Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, and SQL queries.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Team player with a "get it done" attitude.
Proof of Delivery project experience
Experience with Zebra Scanning devices
