Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Senior Service Desk Analyst in Atlanta, GA to support internal employees across the corporate computing environment. You will function as a technical resource, mentor juniors, and contribute to knowledge bases and ongoing support alongside engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Service Desk or Desktop Support experience for both PC and Mac.
• Associate's degree in computer technology; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Preferred certifications: ACMT, ITILv4, CCNA, AWS, MCSE or similar.

Responsibilities

• Systematic Troubleshooting: apply structured diagnostics to identify root causes and document learnings.
• Provide technical assistance and training to system users and peers; familiar with installs and imaging.
• Set up and maintain shared mailboxes/distribution lists in Exchange; patch software using Casper and LANDesk; manage assets.
• Tool & Technology Mastery: stay current with evolving hardware, OS, collaboration tools, and security protocols.
• Security & Compliance Awareness: SME for key systems; contribute to knowledge base with reusable patterns.
• Operational Discipline: follow SOPs, escalation paths, and SLAs consistently.
• Time & Task Management: estimate, prioritize, and complete tasks within timelines.
• Ticket Quality & Hygiene: maintain detailed ticket notes for seamless handoffs.
