Job summary

Old Republic Bitco is seeking a Senior IT Service Desk Technician to join our Atlanta, GA office in a hybrid work arrangement. You’ll deliver advanced end-user technology and application support, act as a senior technical resource within Client Services, and help employees use technology effectively.

Responsibilities include resolving complex incidents, supporting key business apps, onboarding new users, and mentoring teammates while driving modernization and knowledge sharing across IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, BIS or related field; equivalent experience or certs may be considered.
• Minimum four years in a service desk/IT operations role, insurance or financial services experience preferred.
• Experience supporting business applications and employee technology services in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Level 2/3 IT support for end users, applications, and workplace tech.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and improve services.
• Maintain ticket documentation, meet SLA targets, and mentor junior team members.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and security-related activities.
