Job summary

Capgemini Invent, joining frog within the Capgemini Invent network, seeks a Service Design practitioner to design and improve systems across people, processes, digital and physical touchpoints, leading service design activities and mentoring junior colleagues.

You will apply journey maps, blueprints, and ecosystem maps while balancing user, provider, operational, and business needs, using AI-enabled tools to accelerate research and innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Service Design or related discipline.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong service design and visual communication.
• Experience leading service design workstreams in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead service design activities across multidisciplinary engagements.
• Create journey maps, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and visual frameworks.
• Design systemic interventions across complex partner ecosystems.
• Facilitate research, workshops, co-creation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Prototype and validate service concepts through walkthroughs and role play.
• Balance user, provider, operational, and business needs.
• Contribute to proposals, pitches, mentoring, and practice development.
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and service innovation.
