Job summary

frog, part of Capgemini Invent, seeks a Service Design Senior Consultant in the United States to lead multidisciplinary engagements across people, processes, digital and physical touchpoints. You will mentor junior colleagues and drive service design activities from research to implementation.

You will create journey maps, blueprints, and ecosystems while crafting systemic interventions for complex partner networks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Service Design, Strategic Design, Business Design, or related discipline.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong service design and visual communication skills.
• Experience leading service design workstreams in multidisciplinary teams.
• Confident presentation, storytelling, workshop, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency with contemporary design, collaboration, and prototyping tools and methods.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead service design activities across multidisciplinary engagements.
• Create journey maps, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and visual frameworks.
• Design systemic interventions across complex partner ecosystems.
• Facilitate research, workshops, co-creation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Prototype and validate service concepts through walkthroughs and role play.
• Balance user, provider, operational, and business needs.
• Contribute to proposals, pitches, mentoring, and practice development.
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and service innovation.
