Job summary

Capgemini Invent, in the frog Creative & Design practice, seeks a Service Design practitioner to design and improve systems spanning people, processes, digital and physical touchpoints. You will lead service design activities, mentor juniors, and guide client conversations to deliver meaningful experiences.

You will create journey maps and service blueprints, design interventions across partner ecosystems, and facilitate workshops.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Service Design, Strategic Design, Business Design, or a related discipline.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong service design and visual communication skills.
• Experience leading service design workstreams in multidisciplinary teams.
• Confident presentation, storytelling, workshop, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency with contemporary design, collaboration, and prototyping tools and methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead service design activities across multidisciplinary engagements.
• Create journey maps, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and visual frameworks.
• Design systemic interventions across complex partner ecosystems.
• Facilitate research, workshops, co-creation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Prototype and validate service concepts through walkthroughs and role play.
• Balance user, provider, operational, and business needs.
• Contribute to proposals, pitches, mentoring, and practice development.
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and service innovation.
