Job summary

Capgemini Invent's frog division seeks a Product Manager to define, develop, and deliver products and services that balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to shape vision, requirements, and roadmaps, guiding successful delivery across digital and physical offerings.

You will lead workstreams, align stakeholders, and apply product management best practices to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of product management or related discipline.
• Experience defining, launching, and delivering digital products or services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience writing requirements, user stories, epics, MVPs, and release plans.
• Experience in Agile, Lean, or product-centered delivery.
• Ability to communicate recommendations to client stakeholders.
• Experience leading product workstreams in multidisciplinary teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI, GenAI, and agentic capabilities in product context.

Responsibilities

• Define product visions, roadmaps, and priorities.
