Job summary

frog, part of Capgemini Invent, is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant, Marketing Strategy & Transformation to help clients redesign how they go to market. You will lead marketing operating model design, activation, and execution, with a focus on data-driven, technology-enabled growth.

You will collaborate with frog and Capgemini Invent teams across strategy, data, and technology, delivering integrated outcomes while guiding AI-enabled initiatives and responsible AI principles.

Qualifications

• Strong AI literacy including core and generative AI concepts and responsible AI principles.
• Experience in marketing strategy, transformation, or customer engagement, ideally in a consulting environment.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and deliver engagements end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivery of marketing transformation engagements by supporting defined workstreams and project components.
• Design and implement marketing operating models including governance, processes, and ways of working.
• Develop data-driven marketing strategies across segmentation, targeting, personalization, and lifecycle engagement.
• Translate client challenges into analyses and practical recommendations with guidance from senior team members.
• Support MarTech initiatives (Salesforce, Adobe) and AI-enabled marketing use cases with data and technology teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
