Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering complex projects or programs.
• Experience directing enterprise-wide initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages medium to enterprise-wide projects from start to finish.
• Ensures projects are completed on schedule and meet business and technical standards.
• Develops and maintains program estimates across planning, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
• Reports on program metrics and tracks progress against the program plan.
• Manages changes to scope and ensures client-approved adjustments.
