Job summary

CloudAI Technologies is seeking an experienced delivery leader to oversee complex external engagements from inception to production and sustained operation. The role requires owning multiple concurrent programs with accountability for schedule, budget, and margin, and delivering technology solutions through full lifecycle.

You will lead data and application modernization and digital transformation initiatives, drive organizational readiness and adoption, and coordinate cross‑functional teams

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in technical delivery, service delivery, or program management for external customers under contract.
• Experience owning multiple concurrent engagements with accountability for schedule, budget, and margin.
• Experience delivering a technology solution, product, or platform through full lifecycle to production and sustained operation.
• Experience leading data modernization, application modernization, or digital transformation programs, including legacy replacement, migration and cutover.
• Experience driving organizational readiness, change management, and adoption for transformation programs.
• Experience owning service level commitments and leading escalation and recovery on off-track engagements.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, including off-shore delivery resources.
• Experience both leading others and performing delivery work directly.
• Experience with public sector, SLED, or higher-education clients preferred, not required.
• Certifications
• Project, program, or service management certification required (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, ITIL, or equivalent).
• Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) preferred.
