Job summary

Central Counties Services seeks a LIDDA Team Lead to coordinate GR, CFC, and TxHmL service delivery in the Belton area. You will provide daily workflow coordination, coaching, documentation review, and quality monitoring to support person-centered services for individuals with IDD.

You may carry a small caseload or step in for vacancies, with caseload assignments made by the LIDDA Manager. The role requires hands-on leadership, compliance with HHSC rules, and strong collaboration with providers

Qualifications

• Bachelor or advanced degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• IDD service coordination experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret HHSC rules, contracts, and Center policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for GR/CFC and TxHmL program coordination.
• Monitor caseload distribution and time-sensitive tasks.
• Provide mentoring and training to staff; review documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HHSC requirements and Center policies.
