CommonBond Communities is seeking a Service Coordinator III to lead resident-focused services and foster community engagement. You will coordinate assessments, crisis responses, and housing stability efforts, while mentoring teammates and ensuring quality documentation.

With strong partnerships across property management and community programs, you’ll empower residents and drive collaborative solutions to support stability and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field and/or four years of related work experience.
• Licensed mental health professional or social worker preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive assessments and service plans for complex resident needs.
• Coordinate crisis intervention and link residents with community resources.
• Mentor team members and ensure documentation quality and fidelity.
• Maintain housing stability support for residents in permanent housing programs.
• Collaborate with property management partners and engage residents in programs.
