Zusammenfassung

Vermeer Great Plains Inc. seeks a Service Advisor to lead service admin activities and mentor teammates while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will explain needs clearly to customers and coordinate with technicians to deliver efficient repairs.

The role requires strong mechanical/diagnostic aptitude, leadership ability, and excellent communication. Training opportunities and an employee-owned environment are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Applied Science, Diesel Mechanics, Diesel Technology, or related field.
• 4 years of progressive Technician and/or leadership experience in heavy equipment or automotive service.
• Vermeer Technician Certification required within 6 months of start date.
• Valid unrestricted Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Aufgaben

• Serve as first point of contact for service customers via phone and in person.
• Input labor and notes for technician reports and estimates.
• Review work orders and ensure parts and items are on the ticket.
• Coordinate between Parts and Service departments for parts ordering and delivery.
• Provide mentorship to Technicians and Service Admin staff.
• Support Service Manager in their absence and handle warranty claims as needed.
