AgriVision Equipment Group and PrairieLand Partners in Wamego, KS seeks a Service Advisor to be the front line for customer interactions in the Service Department. You will coordinate service requests, communicate with customers, and work with our team to prioritize repairs and scheduling.

The role requires at least three years in service operations, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage work orders and invoices.

Qualificações

• Three or more years of experience in Service Department operations.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Forklift license preferred.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary customer contact for the Service Department.
• Schedule service and manage inbound equipment notes and payments.
• Assist technicians with technical requests and efficiency improvements.
• Open, code, and track work orders through invoicing.
• Assign jobs to staff based on skills and workload.
• Maintain and verify accuracy of service documentation.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good order.
