Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a dealership position (Advisor, BDC, Service department role).
• Experience working with and using CDK.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments and gathers customer and vehicle data.
• Greet customers in a friendly, timely manner.
• Provide a complete written cost estimate for labor and parts; establish promised time.
• Monitor repair progress and obtain authorization for additional work.
• Test-drive the vehicle or refer to the test technician as needed.
• Maintain a Customer Satisfaction Index score at or above the dealer/manufacturer average.
• Advise customers on vehicle maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Maintain hours-per-CRO (customer repair order) standard.
• Follow regulations on waste disposal, OSHA, and related rules.
• Report accidents per company policy.
