MB of Nashville, a Sonic Automotive family dealership, is seeking a Service Advisor to schedule service work and upsell needed services. You will manage customer interactions, prepare estimates, and coordinate appointment times.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, two years in a dealership, and strong communication. The role offers a $2k monthly draw plus commission up to $72k–$120k.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Two years of experience in a dealership position.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.

Responsabilités

• Schedules service appointments.
• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts. Establishes "promised time".
• Checks on progress of repair throughout the day; notifies customers of changes and gets authorization for additional repairs.
• Test-drive the vehicle or refer to the test technician as necessary.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index rating aligned with standards.
• Advise customers on vehicle care and maintenance menus.
