Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree (A.A.) in culinary or related field with four years culinary experience.
• Three years previous supervisory experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to guests and team members.
• Prepare and pour drinks with proper portions according to recipes and present to guests.
• Operate cash register/POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and stocked workstation following health and safety guidelines.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene as needed per guidelines.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and maintain attendance records.
• Adhere to TiPS and RBS certifications and obtain gaming license as required.
