Job summary

Jamul Casino is seeking a team member to provide friendly guest service in a fast-paced casino environment. You will pour drinks, monitor alcohol use, and ensure accurate cash handling while maintaining a clean, orderly station.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of related experience. TiPS/RBS certifications and a valid Food Handlers Card are preferred, with licensing required for gaming operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to earn and maintain TiPS certification.
• Ability to earn and maintain RBS certification within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines.
• Prepare and pour drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe.
• Operate a cash register/POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain a clean and stocked workstation and comply with health and safety guidelines.
