Qualifications

• Diploma/associate degree in engineering or related field with relevant experience.
• 5+ years of rotating equipment or related industrial equipment experience.
• Strong product knowledge and/or application experience with decanter centrifuges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to use and learn Service digital tools.
• Must be a team player and work with international colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert (SME) in separation equipment products and applications.
• Identify opportunities to enhance offerings through training and audits.
• Collaborate with Service Sales and Field Service to implement value-added services.
• Support customers as a technical partner during visits and meetings.
• Travel to customer sites as needed (up to 40%).
