Job summary
Alfa Laval is seeking an experienced technical professional to support customers with separation equipment, providing reliable solutions throughout the sales process. You will engage in proactive service improvements, partner with Sales, and present tailored value propositions to clients.
The role emphasizes training delivery, collaboration with international teams, and acting as a trusted technical partner both remotely and in person.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of rotating equipment or related industrial equipment experience.
- Strong product knowledge and/or application experience with decanter centrifuges.
- Ability to gather, analyze and suggest solutions to problems that may arise in the process.
- Excellence in customer interaction and engagement; English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as SME for separation equipment and applications.
- Identify opportunities to enhance offerings through training or audits.
- Collaborate with Service Sales and Field Service on value-added services.
- Support Service Sales with technical expertise and customer partnerships.
- Lead customer visits and presentations to propose tailored value propositions.
- Deliver product training programs for Alfa Laval staff, channels and customers.
