Job summary

French Florist is seeking a Senior Manager, SEO & Organic Growth to own the entire organic strategy for national e-commerce and a growing franchise network. You will set priorities, drive execution with Marketing, Technology, Content, Analytics, Merchandising, and franchise teams, and shape AI-driven search experiences.

You will lead technical and content strategies, optimize local search, and ensure a seamless, high-converting digital experience across platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive SEO experience with ownership of organic growth strategy.
• Proven ability to drive organic traffic, visibility, and revenue growth for an e-commerce site.
• Strong AI fluency and usage of AI tools for keyword research, briefs, audits, and automation.
• Deep technical SEO expertise, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with GA4 and Google Search Console for tracking and measurement.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Schema markup; local and franchise SEO experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the overall SEO and organic growth strategy across national e-commerce and local search.
• Build and maintain a prioritized SEO roadmap based on demand, intent, and performance.
• Identify opportunities to increase qualified organic traffic, transactions, and revenue.
• Develop scalable SEO frameworks and playbooks as the business and franchise network grow.
• Monitor search trends, algorithm changes, and evolving customer behavior.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Technology, Content, Analytics, and Operations.
