French Florist seeks a Senior Manager, SEO & Organic Growth to own the national e-commerce organic strategy and local franchise SEO. You will set strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and drive end-to-end execution with Marketing, Tech, Content, Analytics, Merchandising, and franchise teams.

You will shape AI-driven search experiences, own analytics and reporting, and help ensure a seamless, high-converting digital customer journey across our growing network.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive SEO experience with significant ownership of organic growth strategy.
• Proven experience driving measurable organic traffic, visibility, and revenue growth for an e-commerce or large-scale consumer website.
• Strong AI fluency: you use AI tools daily to work faster and smarter for keyword and intent research, content briefs, audits, analysis, and automation.
• Deep technical SEO expertise across site architecture, crawlability, indexation, internal linking, redirects, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the overall SEO and organic growth strategy across national e-commerce and local search.
• Develop scalable SEO frameworks and playbooks as the business and franchise network grow.
• Monitor trends, algorithm changes, and evolving customer behavior to protect and grow visibility.
• Lead analytics, tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to tie SEO to business outcomes.
