Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior SEO/GEO Strategist to lead how we approach search across traditional and AI-driven experiences. You will own roadmaps, run cross-functional campaigns, and drive organic growth for global security solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional SEO experience in a B2B environment.
• Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, and topic research.
• Experience with AI and emerging search experiences.
• Proficiency with SEO analytics tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, GA4, Screaming Frog.
• Lead management with Salesforce and/or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own strategic SEO/GEO roadmaps across domains and markets.
• Lead high-impact SEO/GEO initiatives with clear implementation and measurement.
• Identify and prioritize SEO/GEO initiatives across on-site/off-site/technical areas.
• Develop complex SEO experiments to uncover trends and winning tests.
• Conduct advanced SEO/competitive analyses and translate findings into actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Web, UX, and Analytics to track KPIs.
• Define and communicate emerging SEO KPIs and best practices.
