Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior SEO/GEO Strategist to steer the evolution of our search strategy across traditional channels, AI search engines, and emerging experiences. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, drive organic growth, and transform data into actionable insights for a global security solutions business.

The role emphasizes strategic campaigns, framework development, and collaboration with Performance Marketing, Content, Web Development and Analytics to optimize KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional SEO experience in a B2B environment.
• Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization and topic research.
• Experience with AI-enabled search initiatives and emerging search experiences.
• Proficiency with SEO analytics tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Develop and own strategic SEO and GEO roadmaps across domains and markets.
• Lead high-impact SEO/GEO initiatives with clear implementation, QA and measurement.
• Prioritize on-site, off-site, technical and emerging search optimizations.
• Create SEO experiments to identify trends and winning tests.
• Perform advanced analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Web Dev, UX and Data Analytics to track KPIs.
