Motorola Solutions seeks an experienced Senior SEO/GEO Strategist to lead our B2B search initiatives across traditional and AI-enabled channels. You will steer roadmaps, run experiments, and collaborate with Marketing, Content, Web Dev, and Analytics to maximize organic growth and brand visibility.

You’ll translate complex data into actionable insights, shape cross-functional campaigns, and stay ahead of evolving search landscapes to drive business impact.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional SEO in B2B
• Advanced knowledge of technical SEO and content optimization
• Experience with AI/search platforms and experiments
• Proficiency with SEO tools and analytics
• Experience leading cross-functional marketing projects

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own strategic SEO and GEO roadmaps across domains and markets.
• Lead high-impact SEO/GEO initiatives with clear measurement and optimization.
• Prioritize on-site, off-site, technical, and emerging search optimizations.
• Design complex SEO/GEO experiments to uncover trends and tests.
• Conduct advanced analyses and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Content, Web Dev, UX, and Data Analytics.
• Define SEO KPIs and best practices to track success.
• Communicate complex concepts to business stakeholders clearly.
• Stay up-to-date on search trends and AI impacts.
