Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior SEO/GEO Strategist to lead the evolution of our search strategy across traditional channels, AI search engines, and emerging experiences. You will drive organic growth for global security solutions, shaping our brand visibility and performance across domains.

The ideal candidate has 5–6+ years in B2B SEO, with strong technical, content, and analytics skills, plus experience with AI-enabled search and cross-functional campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional SEO in a B2B environment.
• Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization and organic authority building.
• Experience developing optimization strategies for AI and emerging search experiences.
• Proficiency with SEO analytics tools (GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, GA4, Screaming Frog).
• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with ROI-focused prioritization.
• Strong executive communication translating data into business insights.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects across Content, Web, Analytics, Product Marketing, PR and Design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own strategic SEO & GEO roadmaps across multiple domains and markets.
• Lead high-impact SEO/GEO initiatives with clear implementation, QA and measurement.
• Identify and prioritize on-site, off-site, technical and emerging search opportunities.
• Create complex SEO/GEO experiments to reveal trends and test hypotheses.
• Perform advanced SEO and competitive analyses to uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Web, UX and Data Analytics to align strategies.
• Define KPIs, standards and best practices for SEO measurement.
• Communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
