Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior SEO/GEO Strategist to lead the evolution of our organic search strategy across traditional channels, AI search engines and emerging experiences. You will drive growth, strengthen brand visibility, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize KPIs for global security solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of SEO experience in a B2B environment, technical SEO expertise, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional SEO experience in a B2B environment.
• Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, organic authority building.
• Hands-on with AI and emerging search experiences and platforms.
• Proficient in SEO tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, GA4, ScreamingFrog.
• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with ROI-focused prioritization.
• Strong executive communication translating data to insights for stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects across content, web, analytics and marketing.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own strategic SEO and GEO roadmaps across domains and markets.
• Lead high-impact SEO/GEO initiatives with clear implementation, QA, measurement and optimization.
• Identify and prioritize SEO/GEO initiatives across on-site, off-site, technical and emerging lanes.
• Develop complex SEO/GEO experiments to uncover trends and winning tests.
• Spearhead advanced SEO and competitive analyses and translate findings into actions.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Content, Web Development, UX and Data Analytics.
• Establish and define KPI standards and best practices for organic performance.
• Communicate complex search concepts as concise business-focused narratives.
• Stay up-to-date on AI/search trends and forecast impacts on strategy.
