Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior SEO/GEO Strategist to guide our B2B search initiatives across traditional and AI-enabled experiences. You will lead strategic roadmaps, run experiments, and collaborate with Marketing, Content, Web Development, UX and Analytics to drive organic growth and measurable KPIs.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, strong executive communication, and hands-on optimization of on-site, off-site and technical SEO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional SEO experience in a B2B environment
• Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, and topic research
• Experience with AI and emerging search experiences and platforms
• Proficiency with SEO/analytics tools listed
• CRM experience with Salesforce or HubSpot

Responsibilities

• Develop and own strategic SEO and GEO roadmaps across domains and markets
• Lead high-impact SEO/GEO initiatives with clear implementation, QA, measurement and optimization
• Identify and prioritize on-site, off-site, technical, and emerging swimlanes
• Develop SEO experiments to uncover trends and winning tests
• Conduct advanced SEO/competitive analyses and translate findings into actions
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Content, Web Development, UX and Data Analytics
• Define emerging SEO KPIs and best practices
• Communicate complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Stay updated on search trends and AI implications
