Motorola Solutions is hiring a Senior SEO/GEO Strategist to lead our global search strategy across traditional channels, AI search engines, and emergent experiences. This role focuses on steering organic growth for our security and safety solutions, strengthening brand visibility and performance across markets.

The ideal candidate has 5–6+ years of B2B SEO experience, strong technical and content optimization skills, and a data-driven, cross-functional mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional SEO experience in a B2B environment.
• Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, organic authority building, keyword and topic cluster research and search intent.
• Hands-on experience with optimizing AI and emerging search experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own strategic SEO and GEO roadmaps across domains and priorities.
• Lead high-impact SEO/GEO initiatives with implementation, QA, measurement and optimization.
• Identify and prioritize SEO/GEO initiatives across on-site, off-site, technical areas.
• Develop SEO experiments to uncover trends and winning tests.
• Perform advanced competitive analyses and translate findings into actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Web, UX and Data Analytics to track organic KPIs.
• Define SEO KPIs, standards and best practices.
• Translate complex SEO data into business-focused narratives.
