Smart Working is looking for a Senior SEO Manager with Social Media Experience to own the overall SEO strategy, enhance organic visibility, and drive qualified traffic and leads. The role demands 5+ years of relevant experience and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

You will combine technical SEO, content marketing, analytics, and AI-assisted tooling (Claude) to boost productivity and outcomes, collaborating across teams while maintaining independence as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content marketing and SEO strategy.
• 5+ years driving Google Search and ranking growth.
• 5+ years using GA4 and GTM.
• 5+ years in keyword research and competitor analysis.
• 4+ years with React/Next.js.
• YouTube content promotion experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall SEO strategy.
• Own technical SEO and resolve issues affecting visibility.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Improve organic rankings, traffic and leads/revenue.
• Develop and execute SEO-focused content strategy.
• Identify content gaps and optimize existing content.
• Manage and improve Google Business Profile and local search visibility.
• Monitor rankings, GA4, GTM, and other SEO KPIs.
• Ensure analytics/tracking is correctly configured.
• Build reporting dashboards tied to business outcomes.
• Use Claude and AI tools to boost productivity.
• Manage tracking, A/B testing and email automation.
• Build WhatsApp and web agents.
• Drive YouTube content promotion as part of the role.
