Focus Partners is seeking a Senior Content & SEO Manager to own the firm’s organic search strategy, partnering with a content team to drive qualified leads through owned properties. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in SEO or organic search plus digital marketing.
• Proven success growing organic traffic and qualified leads.
• Strong command of technical SEO and on-page optimization.
• Experience with SEO analytics platforms (Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4).
• CMS and marketing automation experience; HubSpot a plus.
• Excellent writing and editing skills; familiarity with financial services.
• Experience presenting SEO strategy to senior leadership.
• Experience with regulated content processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical SEO: internal linking, page speed, schema markup, index health.
• Develop and execute local SEO across multi-location footprint for office ranking.
• Inform editorial calendar with search-driven topic, keyword, and intent insights.
• Apply AEO practices to grow visibility in AI-generated search results.
• Champion E-E-A-T signals across content and digital properties.
• Monitor competitor and adjacent-firm strategies to capture share of voice.
• Direct external agencies and freelancers; scope, budget, and performance review.
• Interpret organic data and advise leadership on investment areas.
• Work with analytics and CRM teams to ensure attribution of organic leads.
• Coordinate with compliance and marketing to meet regulatory and brand standards.
• Evaluate emerging formats and search behaviors; diagnose visibility issues.
