Senior Video Program Manager, Content & Channels

In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategic execution of YouTube and video content programs designed to elevate brand presence, drive audience engagement, and support business growth. With a focus on building a best-in-class channel, you will translate innovative strategies into impactful daily operations, managing everything from content ideation to distribution, ensuring optimal visibility through SEO, AI search discoverability, and platform trends.

Required Skills:
  • Extensive experience managing YouTube channels and video programs, preferably within enterprise technology or B2B software industries
  • Deep expertise in YouTube platform features, algorithm changes, and content optimization techniques
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
  • Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals
  • Exceptional project management skills with a detail-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Data literacy with experience in analytics tools like YouTube Studio, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva
  • Familiarity with social media distribution, repurposing content for various channels
  • Knowledge of AI tools for content generation and metadata enhancement
