Job summary

OneStream Software is seeking a Senior AEO & Organic Growth Manager to define and drive global search and AI-enhanced visibility. You will blend deep technical SEO with a test-and-learn mindset, charting a path in the evolving world of AI search and guiding content teammates.

Lead the SEO strategy, coordinate with product, marketing and PMMs, build AI GPTs and workflows, and own the site’s schema, crawlability and AI snippet performance.

Qualifications

• Lead global SEO and AEO strategy with quarterly goals and KPIs.
• Mine buyer questions and translate into topic hubs and content clusters.
• Perform holistic keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Implement schemas, FAQs, and AI-friendly content formats.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own global SEO + AEO strategy aligned to business outcomes.
• Guide content writers, PMMs, and cross-functional partners.
• Develop AI-driven workflows and GPTs to accelerate content creation.
• Ensure technical SEO and site accessibility for AI engines.
