Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sentinel Program Manager 3 in Roy, UT to oversee the Sentinel program with responsibility for schedule, cost, and technical performance. The role requires a senior leader who can coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams to achieve program objectives.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with extensive program management experience, active Secret clearance, and a strong background in Earned Value Management and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10 years of experience; 8 years with a Master's or 4 years equivalent experience.
• U.S. citizen with active Secret clearance; SAP access possible.
• Experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) in applicable systems.

Responsabilités

• Execute the Sentinel program operational rhythm across all phases.
• Lead proposal efforts and integrate proposals into the program baseline.
• Develop strategies to efficiently execute scope and promote continuous improvement.
• Track program performance, cost, schedule, and EVMS metrics.
• Manage milestones per IMS and provide status to IPT leadership.
• Oversee risk and opportunity management with IPT inputs.
• Provide guidance to subordinates and align with policy and objectives.
• Demonstrate executive presence in communications with leadership.
