Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, UT, seeks a Sentinel Program Manager 3 to support the GN&C GSI IPT and Sentinel program. This senior role oversees programmatic execution, briefs leadership and customers on status, and partners with engineering, software, and test teams to meet milestones.

You will lead proposals, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with business objectives and IMS milestones. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience; 8 years with a Masters or 4 additional years in lieu of degree.
• U.S. citizen with an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope.
• 6+ years leading a Program / Projects and driving performance against a schedule.
• Experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) in an applicable system.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sentinel program operational rhythm across all phases.
• Brief internal and external customers and Sentinel leadership on status and challenges.
• Track program performance, cost and schedule using EVMS and IMS milestones.
• Develop and implement strategies to execute the full scope of work and proposals.
• Provide status inputs to program risk and opportunity management system.
